farhat you can by doing it test mode , if test ads are showing means your ads are working.
farhat dont worry about approval system we don't do that here just make your app add your ids and start Your earning
farhat We don't have Ads Approval System and Admob Ads will Only Work I Your app will have good Quantity of content and the app should be on play store.

You can wait for few days to start ad requests or else you can go for extension based ads by enhance "don't create only constant based on earning than you admob will suspended for content less earnings

guys admob are not showing even after following admob ads shown by admins either change your policy or make it easier for better experience.
