Our community is made with an opensource platform named Flarum, which is responsive both in pc and smartphone.
We noticed many of our users are posting or creating posts for previously solved queries.
Many of our users don't search the queries or issues before posting, which makes our search button feel useless😢. This makes us sad and it also makes the community spam
Below are some steps to improve the community, which should be followed by all users. We are expecting all the user's cooperation for a spam-free community.
Let's look at how to search and create a good post in the community.
🔍 Using search and categories 🏷️to find previously solved questions
Searching helps you to find previously solved questions, tutorials guides, etc..
So without creating a new post or waiting for replies, you will get direct answers.

On a smartphone, you can find the search button from the left sidebar.
Using categories/tags to find related posts
An alternative to searching is using tags to find similar posts. You can find tags under the Start Discussion button.
Or go to the below link to find all tags.

If you didn't found a post related to your query, then its time to create a new discussion.
How to write a good post✍️?
Our community is markdownsupported (a language to write easily)- Find markdown cheatsheet here
1.Language
Write your post in English even if it is a tutorial or a Question, write it in English.
If you are not familiar with English, write in any language and use translators like google, to translate it to English and post here.
Writing in English helps you to get responses easily.
2.Title
The title is compulsory and it should be small and explanatory
Write a proper title for your discussion, related to your content.
A Proper title helps to find topics easily and attract users to the discussion.
3.Tags
Similar to title tags are also important, select proper tags before posting. This is to organize content.
You can find many tags in the community if anything misses, report to our team.
4.Content
Your content should be explanatory and specific. Write properly in English and with a good explanation.
Anyone who reads your post should understand the problems you specified.
- Add relevant media (screenshot /images / videos/ error messages).
- Attach or DM your aia
If it is an error or bug explain how we can reproduce the error, so we can look into it.
Problem solved 👏 ?
It may take time to get answered. Meanwhile, help others by solving their problems.
There are two ways for solution
- Debugging and solving yourself - If you found a solution your self for your post, consider posting the solution. so anyone can later refer it.
- Answered by helpers - If anyone helped you to solve a problem, then mark it as Best Answer.

Community is not meant for creating new topics its also for sharing what you know.
