Notifier to be like that in Appybuilder

Hello my brothers,
I want the notifier here to be like that on Appybuilder, in which I can choose the Alert message type with different colors and styles, and also I can choose whether it appears at bottom or center.

Overall, i think that notifier needs to be improved more.
